Alex Shnayder, Esquire

Mr. Shnayder is an attorney with Shnayder & Associates, LLC in Feasterville, PA. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Mr. Shnayder is a licensed real estate agent and is licensed to teach real estate continuing education in Pennsylvania. He concentrates his law practice in the areas of real estate, short sales, land use, landlord/tenant, broker liability, property tax appeals and residential/commercial sales and acquisitions. He also offers internal training and risk management seminars for local real estate offices.

 

Mr. Shnayder was the 2015 President of the Bucks County Association of Realtors, in addition to being a Director for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. He currently sits as the Vice-Chair on the board of trustees for the Bucks County Real Estate Institute and is the Treasurer for the Suburban Realtors Alliance. He has served on the Bucks County Association of Realtors Grievance committee, chaired the Bylaws taskforce and has been formally trained in mediation by the Philadelphia Landlord/Tenant Court and the National Association of Realtors. He lectures locally and nationally on many areas of real estate. He has been a guest speaker on several radio shows and local papers as an “expert” on real estate matters.

 

Mr. Shnayder has received numerous accolades throughout his career; most notably he was selected by Philadelphia Magazine as a “Five-Star” Realtor in 2010 through 2016. As an attorney, Mr. Shnayder was a 2013 and 2014 finalist for the award of “Best Lawyer in Bucks” by the voters of Buckshappening.com.
